FANCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7854, MIR6895, and PMM2P2. Each is linked with FANCD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCD2-to-partner and partner-to-FANCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7854 grouped by FANCD2-low versus FANCD2-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
