Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FANCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with FANCD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCD2-to-partner and partner-to-FANCD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by FANCD2-low versus FANCD2-high in UCEC.
