FANCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FANCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF23, DNAH8, and GFRA4. Each is linked with FANCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCD2-to-partner and partner-to-FANCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF23 grouped by FANCD2-low versus FANCD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
