FANCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FANCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,511 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5, INO80D, and TICRR. Each is linked with FANCD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCD2-to-partner and partner-to-FANCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5 grouped by FANCD2-low versus FANCD2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
