FANCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,858 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM72B, PSME4, and POLA1. Each is linked with FANCB in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCB-to-partner and partner-to-FANCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FANCB versus FAM72B in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
