Across TCGA cell cohorts, FANCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,014 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FANCB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with FANCB in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCB-to-partner and partner-to-FANCB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint grouped by FANCB-low versus FANCB-high in OESOPHAGUS.
