FANCA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL6IP5, POLE2, and ATP8A1. Each is linked with FANCA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCA-to-partner and partner-to-FANCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
