Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,158 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Positive regulation of cilium assembly, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with FAN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAN1-to-partner and partner-to-FAN1 results are reported.
