FAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, OLIG1, and PRR23A. Each is linked with FAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAN1-to-partner and partner-to-FAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
