The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher FAM9C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM9C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and PRAD are the cancer types where FAM9C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
