FAM98B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM98B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,626 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM98B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTF1, TP53BP1_S659, and TRIM28. Each is linked with FAM98B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM98B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM98B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM98B versus RTF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM98B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM98B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
