FAM98A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM98A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM98A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD1, PPP1R3E_S66, and RPS2. Each is linked with FAM98A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM98A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM98A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM98A versus PLOD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM98A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM98A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
