Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM98A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,026 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM98A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, Protein depolymerization, and Transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with FAM98A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM98A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM98A results are reported.
