Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM90A4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM90A4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher FAM90A4P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM90A4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, KIRC, and ESCA are the cancer types where FAM90A4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
