The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FAM90A20P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM90A20P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, DLBC, and BRCA are the cancer types where FAM90A20P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
