Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM90A12P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM90A12P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FAM90A12P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM90A12P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and MESO show a favorable association.

COAD, LGG, and UCS are the cancer types where FAM90A12P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
