Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM8A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,230 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM8A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, Golgi vesicle transport, and Regulation of pigment cell differentiation. Each is linked with FAM8A1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM8A1-to-partner and partner-to-FAM8A1 results are reported.
