Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM89B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,734 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM89B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with FAM89B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM89B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM89B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance grouped by FAM89B-low versus FAM89B-high in LUNG_SCLC.
