FAM87A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM87A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,074 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM87A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of extracellular matrix assembly, Negative regulation of epithelial cell differentiation, and Bone development. Each is linked with FAM87A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM87A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM87A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of extracellular matrix assembly grouped by FAM87A-low versus FAM87A-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM87A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM87A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
