Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM86KP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM86KP expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM86KP is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, FAM86KP RNA expression shows 14,038 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight READ, THCA, and THYM as cancer lineages where FAM86KP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
