The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FAM71F1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM71F1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, MESO, and LUAD are the cancer types where FAM71F1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
