FAM53C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM53C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,552 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM53C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAF1, PPARA, and XRCC6. Each is linked with FAM53C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM53C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM53C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAF1 grouped by FAM53C-low versus FAM53C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM53C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM53C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
