Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM43B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM43B-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP4-1, OR4A47, and OR2L8. Each is linked with FAM43B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM43B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM43B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP4-1 grouped by FAM43B-low versus FAM43B-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM43B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM43B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
