FAM3D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,307 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM3D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIGR, NDRG2, and BCAS1. Each is linked with FAM3D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM3D-to-partner and partner-to-FAM3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
