FAM3D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM3D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,350 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFF1, SMIM31, and BCAS1. Each is linked with FAM3D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM3D-to-partner and partner-to-FAM3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
