Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,680 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of vitamin D receptor signaling pathway, Establishment or maintenance of transmembrane electrochemical gradient, and Positive regulation of protein localization to cell periphery. Each is linked with FAM3D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM3D-to-partner and partner-to-FAM3D results are reported.
