FAM3C

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM3C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM3C data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher FAM3C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC and BLCA are the cancer types where FAM3C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
