FAM3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,814 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM3C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TES, ESYT2, and CALU. Each is linked with FAM3C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM3C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
