FAM3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATSF1, SAMSN1_S23, and SLC25A5. Each is linked with FAM3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM3A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM3A versus HTATSF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
