Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM32DP RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM32DP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FAM32DP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM32DP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and ESCA show a favorable association.
ACC, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where FAM32DP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
