FAM32A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM32A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,288 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM32A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BABAM1, AP1M1, and SLC35E1. Each is linked with FAM32A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM32A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM32A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM32A versus BABAM1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
