Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM24B RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM24B data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FAM24B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM24B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and UCS show a favorable association.

ACC, COAD, and UVM are the cancer types where FAM24B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
