The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher FAM24B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM24B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where FAM24B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
