The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FAM242E RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM242E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where FAM242E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
