Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM236A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 317 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM236A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with FAM236A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM236A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM236A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by FAM236A-low versus FAM236A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
