Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM230J Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM230J data layer compared with 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher FAM230J Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM230J expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, ESCA, and OV are the cancer types where FAM230J Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
