Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM222B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,564 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM222B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with FAM222B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM222B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM222B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II grouped by FAM222B-low versus FAM222B-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
