FAM20C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM20C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,464 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM20C-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, SRPX, and NAMPT. Each is linked with FAM20C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM20C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM20C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM20C versus AQP9 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM20C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM20C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
