FAM20C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM20C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM20C-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4G, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with FAM20C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM20C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM20C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by FAM20C-low versus FAM20C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM20C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM20C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
