FAM20C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM20C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM20C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, SEMG2, and MSGN1. Each is linked with FAM20C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM20C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM20C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by FAM20C-low versus FAM20C-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM20C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM20C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
