Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM20B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM20B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FAM20B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM20B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and CHOL are the cancer types where FAM20B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
