Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM209A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM209A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNGA2 and GALP. Each is linked with FAM209A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM209A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM209A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNGA2 grouped by FAM209A-low versus FAM209A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
