Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM207BP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM207BP expression is associated with patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM207BP is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, FAM207BP RNA expression shows 16,662 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight LUAD, COAD, and ACC as cancer lineages where FAM207BP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
