FAM205A

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM205A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM205A data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher FAM205A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM205A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where FAM205A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
