The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher FAM200A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM200A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, GBM, and UCEC are the cancer types where FAM200A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
