The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FAM197Y10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM197Y10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where FAM197Y10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
