The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher FAM185BP RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM185BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and HNSC show a favorable association.
