FAM184A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM184A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,386 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM184A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC1, LATS1, and HACE1. Each is linked with FAM184A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM184A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM184A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM184A versus SERINC1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM184A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM184A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
