FAM184A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM184A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,146 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM184A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCLAF1, PSIP1, and MEMO1. Each is linked with FAM184A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM184A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM184A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM184A versus BCLAF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM184A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM184A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
