Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM184A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,513 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM184A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Branching morphogenesis of an epithelial tube, and Cartilage development. Each is linked with FAM184A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM184A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM184A results are reported.
